Last October, our visitors were able to follow the conservative restoration of the large canvas attributed to Annibale Carracci, Pieta (fc 137), carried out in one of the Salette sul Corso in our Gallery. The work, completed, brought to light all the particularities and original colour nuances of the marvellous painting.
