The Gallery is open every day, except the third Wednesday of the month, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (last entrance at 6 p.m.).
Closed on: 1 January, Easter and 25 December. Third Wednesday of the month (15 September, 20 October, 17 November, 15 December 2021).
In accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of Decree-Law no. 105 of 23 July 2021, from 6 August 2021 and until further notice, access to the Gallery will be permitted only to persons in possession of Covid-19 Green Certification (Green Pass or equivalent certification), with the exception of persons excluded by age from the vaccination campaign (under 12 years of age) and persons exempt on the basis of appropriate medical certification.
In addition to the hard copy or digital certificate, the staff in charge of controls may also ask for proof of identity. Visitors are therefore kindly requested to go to the entrance with their tickets, certificates and identity documents in order and ready for use.
Reservation holders will be required to present themselves at the Gallery with a valid certificate. Visitors without such documentation will not be able to enter the Palace and tickets purchased online will not be refunded under any circumstances.
It is compulsory to wear a mask in all the Museum premises for children aged 6 years and over, and to respect social distancing of at least 1 mt.

It is possible to buy the “Guida Breve alla Galleria Doria Pamphilj” at the bookshop located on the piano nobile in the Sala di Cadmo.
VISITING DAYS AND HOURS
Visits can be arranged at the following times:
- 10.00 – 12.00
- 12.00 – 14.00
- 14.00 – 16.00
- 16.00 – 18.00
- 18.00 – 20.00
Visitors must arrive 5 minutes before the start of the visit.
Access will be limited and organised into 120-minute entry periods.
The duration of the visit is 110 minutes.
BOOK AND PURCHASE
To book, enter the desired number of tickets, select the number of children, choose a date and a time slot in the calendar and finally click on BOOK NOW.
PLEASE NOTE: The payment method will automatically take you to the Banca Sella portal. Make sure you do not close your browser during the entire payment process, after which you will always have to return to the shop via the appropriate button. Always check that the confirmation email with the tickets has not ended up in spam.
INFORMATION FOR THE VISIT
On the day of your visit, you must adhere precisely to the timetable set out in your booking confirmation email. In case of delay, the custodians in charge of control may prevent access to the Gallery and in this case there will be no right to a refund.
There is no cloakroom service or use of the lift.
Animals, food and beverages and anything else specified in the safety and behaviour regulations are not permitted..
COVID19 SAFETY MEASURES
Visitors to the Doria Pamphilj Gallery must wear a mask to cover their nose and mouth, which must be worn for the entire duration of the visit.
Each visitor may be subjected to a body temperature check using thermometric instruments.
Anyone with a body temperature of 37.5° C or higher will be refused admission and no refund will be given.
It is recommended that you follow the health and safety rules carefully.
There will be hand sanitising liquid dispensers available inside the Museum, which you are asked to use frequently.
During your visit you should maintain a distance of at least 1 metre between people and avoid crowds. Our caretakers will ensure that this rule is strictly observed.
When booking a visit, it is understood that all persons have read, understood and fully accepted all the above rules, without exception. Any infringement will be brought to the attention of the relevant authorities and those who do not follow the rules may be expelled from the Gallery.
